These reviews seem to be done way before anyone gets their first power bill. Our only stipulation to Sud was for our... Solar to be powerful enough so that we had zero energy costs (no electricity bill and a credit to cover the gas bill) Pretty clear and realistic request. Sud assured us that the system he recommended would definitely cover our power and $100 quarterly gas bill. We got a hybrid system which is no doubt great but at the moment, batteries are too expensive. He put on a 6.66kw system for a family of 4. I questioned this a couple of times and he assured me we wouldn't get any bills. Well, low and behold, we have received bills each month. We are incredibly energy conscious as it is but it's now heading into summer and I dread the bills coming up. I'm extremely deflated and really frustrated with Reliance. I have contacted Sud with my disappointment and he just said I have a good hybrid system and he didn't mean the solar credits would cover all energy costs he meant it would go towards it. No sud, you said very clearly it would cover it. We never would have agreed to this system if we knew it wasn't powerful enough for our needs. Now I'm having to outlay more money to add on to our system to get it to the level that our household requires. If you think something isn't right, it's probably not.read more

Sud came to our home to talk through the products that they could offer, he really knew his stuff and was able to offer us a really competitive deal. Sud has been super responsive and readily available from start to finish to answer any questions that we've had. Recently moved into a new property and noticed a lot of houses in the area getting solar panels. Weren't sure where to... start with the gov rebates and available purchase agreements. Sud approached us as he installed the panels on the house next door. We were still considering our options but after he explained the process it was very straightforward and much cheaper than we were expecting so we went ahead. They took care of everything from arranging installing to connecting us to the grid. Solar panels were installed the following week and they look great. We just paid the invoice and haven't had to do anything else.read more

I highly recommend RelianceSolar, Sud came out and inspected my home and was very professional and knowledgeable. Any... questions or issues I had, Sud was quick to resolve them.Installation team were punctual and also very professional. The completed work looks excellent with amazing cable/conduit management. Hugely disappointed!!!We had a bigger system installed as we have always had big power bills and didn't know if the... smaller one would be enough.We were assured by Sud that with the bigger system we would never receive another power bill. Well the last three months we have received power bills so obviously he just lied to get the bigger sale.Install was fantastic and that's what the stars are for.read more
